What customers say?

“ Such a beautiful restaurant. The service is very good and attentive and the food is outstanding. If you get a chance to visit, do it! ”

“ I am awake, but this dinner is like a beautiful dream. The flavors are alluring. The tuna, rolled in black sesame seeds, is cooked perfectly and topped with pickled red onion. On the side are roasted potatoes scented with herbs. Caponata with chunks of fresh swordfish arrive in a glass jar. The first thing you see inside the door is a display of fresh caught whole fish, octopus, calamari, red shrimp. The staff is outstanding. I wish we could take this restaurant to our neighborhood and eat there every week. ”

“ Restaurant with a pleasant staff, willing to make something they don't have specifically on the menu, I can really appreciate that. Fast service, nice acquarium background, delicious food. Price = quality. ”

“ My husband and I were veryyyyyy happy to have a visit to this restaurant! The server was very very very helpful, he has tried his best to show the menu and has recommended us the appetizers as we were facing difficulty deciding it. And the outcomes were marvelous! They were soooo delicious, and the prices were reasonable. If any of my friends are visiting Palermo, I will definitely recommend them La Pesceria ”

“ The food was amazing! Try the stuffed squid "alla pesceria". It was the best squid I've ever had. Service was very efficient and the waiters we got were all English speakers. I asked the sommelier for a local wine recommendation and he brought the Traimari from Palermo city Super good and even cheaper than the one I had chosen before. Covid-19: too crowded inside so we sat outside. All waiters were wearing masks. ”

“ A little bit of a walk from the old town, but we'll worth it. All fish obviously, as the name suggests and all of it was delicious. Staff lovely and charming definitely recommend. ”

“ Our airport transfer driver recommended this restaurant and we’re glad we tried it. The food and service is spectacular. The seafood is really fresh and you can see them displayed at the counter. We had the lobster pasta and salt baked sea bass. Both were heavenly. The lobster is so fresh, it’s still alive at the counter before they cooked it. The homemade fresh pasta had excellent texture. Service was excellent, the staff kept on enquiring on how things are and even offered to debone the fish before serving. Food presentation can be improved but it’s not a fine dining establishment. The flavours are great and that’s what’s more important! For what we paid for the lobster pasta, I feel that it’s a great value! Highly recommended. ”

“ Everything was soooo perfect! We ordered croquettes and oysters for appetizers. The croquet was really delicious, and the texture is just right. The oysters are in a really good quality with only 3€ per oyster. I ordered a seabass as the catch of the day. It cooked with salt and baked. I don't want the hassle of cleaning the salt and the bones, so I ask the cook to do that, and that was perfect! I could eat hassle free. You can have a great value of money in this restaurant cause the service is also excellent!! The minus part was just because the main room was hot, we were asking for a table outdoors. On the table outdoors, a weird guy came to our table to ask for cigarettes, and there are some street vendors who also came to us. It was a slight inconvenience to the perfection. ”
